Bonding with my teen daughter. One-on-one time: Alone time with your child is best when you are doing something you both enjoy.

After a busy week and stressful days, I make time to spend with my beautiful emotional teen daughter. I find effective ways to comunicate by spending quality time with her!

I plan fun active mother – daughter dates. Communication is essential. Trying new things and connecting with her emotionally is my number one priority. We turn to our smartphones to take pictures of all the memories we create together.

Just the other day, I was changing her diaper and now she drives me around!

We found a really cute mystical boutique!
We bought matching Protective talismans. Evil Eye Red String Kabbalah Bracelet Mati Nazar Bead Good Luck Charm Protection.

We love crystals we are currently working on building our collection.

We bought amazing incense we both love aroma therapy!  Wish I could share with you all how good these smell 😍  Fun and joy are an important part of our bonding time.

Parenting advise:

Building relationships and spending quality time with our children is extremely important for their development and happiness.
” To be an effective parent and have a healthy family, you need to spend time together!  Ask yourself, what are things both you and your child enjoy doing together?  For us working parents, time with our children is so precious. Therefore, we need to be careful with the time we have with them. The point is that we should not underestimate how much we can achieve in the limited time we have. Remember, it’s not the quantity, but the quality that counts the most.

Key elements I incorporate to my parenting skills:

Positive Reinforcements

Open communication

Show her beauty in all forms

Ger her involved

Celebrate women

Bonding time
